These terms apply to the Sojuva waitlist and to early access to Sojuva. By joining the waitlist or using Sojuva, you agree to them.

Who can use Sojuva

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these terms.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or a launch date. We may invite people in any order and may change or close the waitlist at any time.

Early access

Early versions of Sojuva may change, have bugs, or be unavailable at times. Please keep your own copies of anything important. Sojuva is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Your content

What you write in Sojuva stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Sojuva for you and the people you share it with.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sojuva to break the law, harm others, send spam, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Sojuva is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will tell you by email before they take effect.
