This policy explains what we collect when you join the Sojuva waitlist or use Sojuva, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your name and email address, your phone number and its country if you choose to give one, and where you heard about us (if a link told us).
• Your approximate country, worked out from your IP address, to preselect your phone country code. We do not store your IP address with your signup.
• In the app: your account details, the content you create, and product usage events linked to your account id (not your name or email).

How we use it

To run the waitlist, tell you when early access opens, send product updates about Sojuva, and improve the product. If you give us your phone number, we use it only to contact you about your early access spot or your account. We do not send marketing texts.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers to host data, send email and measure usage, and they may process it only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details are kept until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in them, and ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing to us.

Children

Sojuva is for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
